How renting an office works
- Contracts usually run 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
- You pay the first month plus a two-month deposit, returned when you leave.
- Rent covers business rates, electricity, heating, 24/7 access, alarm and CCTV, building maintenance and communal cleaning.
- Internet for private offices is priced separately, based on what you need.
- Prices shown are per month. "+ VAT" means VAT is added; "no VAT to add" means the price is what you pay.
